Permanent Nanny: (discussed below)
This service enables you to hire a long term nanny for your desired amount of hours with the expectation of one year or longer employment term.
Family and Nannies Incorporated have an initial meeting where we discuss what your family requires from a nanny. Then we will do an extensive search for the most ideal nanny for your family. Once we have found that nanny (using the same process of screening we do for all nannies) we will help arrange a meeting between the nanny and family. In this meeting the family interviews the nanny to see if that nanny will fit their needs. Part of this meeting will be used to negotiate a pay rate for the nannies services (the standard rate for a nanny is anywhere from $9-$12 an hour) and all factors should be taken into account when discussing this (experience, number of children and hours). If everything goes well and the family offers employment to the nanny then Nannies Incorporated will draw up a contract based on the agreement between the nanny and family. A final meeting will be arranged between the family, nanny and Nannies Incorporated that will review the contracts and have them signed.
Once the contracts have been signed the one-time placement fee of $1100 for a permanent nanny, will be paid. In the event that the family and nanny are not a good match within the first 30 days we will go through the same extensive process and provide you with a new candidate free of charge.
Full-Time/ Part-Time Nanny: (screening/placement discussed on "Our Process" page)
Full-time is considered 30 hours plus per week. A full-time nanny will care for the children and take care of everything that pertains to the children such as taking them to activities, helping with homework, children's laundry, upkeep of their rooms and play areas, washing bottles, etc. Your child/children will look forward to lots of playtime and learning activities from their nanny.
A part-time nanny works less than 30 hours per week and provides all the same services as a full-time nanny.
Summer Nanny: (screening/placement discussed on "Our Process" page)
A summer nanny will come in when your children are out of school for the summer. The nanny can take your children to activities such as museum, swimming and movies while also keeping the children reading and taking them to the library. Your children will have fun with a summer nanny and they will love being able to be at their own home.
Temporary Nanny: (screening/placement discussed on "Our Process" page)
We provide temporary nannies for families who need someone on a short-term basis such as date nights, special events, etc. Temporary nannies provide the same loving care that all of our nannies would provide.
